Do you take custom orders?
No. Due to time constraints and wanting to spend more time with my family I no longer take custom orders
When do you stock and do you stock on the SDF site?
I do not currently stock diapers for sale on the Steph's Diaper Factory website. Moving forward the site will be used for informational purposes.

Do your diapers come with inserts?
No, each diaper is priced without an insert. I do however have Absorbies hemp inserts for sale and they come in sizes small, medium and large and vary in price from $5.25 - $5.75.
What types of diapers do you sell?
I currently make pocket diapers (solid or printed), stuffable fitteds and trainers.
My diaper is wicking, what would you suggest?
Diaper wicking is generally one of the following problems:
1) Incorrect Fit: Check the fit of the thighs on the diaper. If it's too loose or too tight wicking can occur.
2) Proper Insert: Make sure that you are using the appropriate insert for the diaper. If it's too narrow or too wide wicking can occur. Also, be sure that you are using enough stuffing. If you are experiencing wicking try adding another insert, it generally solves the problem.
3) Build-Up: If your diaper has been washed incorrectly it can cause build up and thus wick.
